I create online marketing content for several clients across the country, so I'm often at my desk all day. I started feeling the nagging pains of being too stationary throughout the week.

In addition to that, I pulled a lower back muscle in the gym a few years ago, not knowing what I was doing and without much guidance. I had constant back flare-ups and never felt confident in my physical shape, which can be challenging when I'm out on a shoot for 8 hrs holding heavy equipment.
